Refunds

Refunds are only offered according to the cancellation policy of your specific reservation. The cancellation policy for most properties is to permit refunds of 100% only up until 30 days prior to arrival. For any cancellations within 30 and 14 days of arrival, you generally will be permitted to receive 50% of your booking amount. And there will be no refunds for any cancellations within 14 days of arrival. Please note, however, this is our general policy. Each listing and reservation will have the exact terms of our cancellation policy specified as part of the reservation and booking process. Please ensure you fully read all cancellation policies during your reservation booking process as they shall supersede any policies listed here.

License

Unless otherwise stated, sunkasa and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on sunkasa.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from sunkasa for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from sunkasa
Sell, rent or sub-license material from sunkasa
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from sunkasa
Redistribute content from sunkasa

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. sunkasa does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of sunkasa,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
